In professional accounting and tax practices—such as Louise Otto Rekenmeesters (Tickets #0426 & #0452) and A Cox Professional Accountant (Job EV00054)—every dropped Remote Desktop (RDP) session or missed incoming phone call carries a direct financial cost. In Ticket #0452, reception reported that when one handset was active, incoming calls—including critical SARS callbacks—were failing to ring through.
